Seedlibrary [Semínkovna] has been successfully operating since 2015. However, as the network gradually grew, it became harder to maintain it without developing a larger structure, clear processes and other systems. It was obvious that the organization was about to undergo an internal change from an enthusiastic volunteer-based approach to a more professional operation. The team also felt the need to better support their community, improve its communication practices and ensure the long-term stability of the organization, which is what led to the decision for us to apply to the Stronger Roots program for support so we could do so.
