The School of Public Life was founded in Budapest in 2014, and is currently working on establishing its first local chapter in Miskolc to reach more citizens with its grassroots organizing and citizen education program outside the capital. We will develop the organizational structure and communication strategy for Miskolc, start to build a social base there through establishing a network of local allies and recruiting local volunteers and trainers. We will also develop a fundraising strategy to build a regular individual donor base, we will conduct two fundraising campaigns, organize community events and a protocol to sustain our donor base.
