Do we communicate TI’s identity effectively? We are doing a ‘good job’, but should do much more to excel. Our goal is to introduce a constituency-focused mindset, which will result in new communication, fundraising and PMEL strategies. Based on these, we will create new forms of constituent engagement, an Alumni network and a crowdfunding campaign in order to enhance our capacities to protect public money. We aim to turn our constituency-building into a two-way street and provide our supporters ownership over the fight for transparency. By doing so, the ultimate goal is to ensure sustainable growth and strengthen our legitimacy.
