APRB is funded mostly from public financing – unreliable source that pushes the organisation to adapt to current grant programmes while its needs are often different. We built a group of individual supporters “Klášterníci” and we encourage them to virtually “enter the monastery” with their support. Currently we are not able to use their full potential and we are struggling to make the support group stronger in impact and bigger in numbers. We will analyse the constituency, improve our communication, learn their stories and motivation to find new ways to get individual support and direct engagement.
