Our goal is to define a shared vision of reintegration of ex-prisoners
and to prepare a strategy of cooperation between the Association and
the Prison Service.
We will organize 4 facilitated meetings bringing different actors
together, creating a safe and open space to discuss divergent opinions
and needs. We will involve front-line workers from prisons, ex-
prisoners, social workers, people from Prison Service management
and NGOs (members of the Association).
Milestones:
1. Representatives of the different target groups join the project
2. They identify a shared vision of reintegration of ex-prisoners

3. Cooperation between the Association and the Prison Service
improves
