The goal of this project is to strengthen the network by expanding and
diversifying the membership and by broadening and formalizing the governing
system of the network in order to boost ownership and activity of its members.
The first will be achieved by better understanding the needs of the target groups,
coupled with a public campaign and accompanied by personal acquisition
meetings. We will upgrade and formalize the governing system of the network so
it is efficient and trustworthy. Systematic evaluation process will allow us to learn
from the process and incorporate our learnings in the network and its processes.
