We want to create a steady and large constituency of individual donors and volunteers to raise money for building a new house of social services in our town. To fulfill this goal, we will analyze the target group and identify their needs, based on the analysis we will set up a new professional contact database and constituency care system which will enable us to communicate more efficiently. Finally, through acquisition and activation campaigns we will build a stronger base of supporters, volunteers, and individual donors and strengthen their engagement.
